Whole-home remodel & addition
Project brief
The existing Dallas home had five bedrooms but only 2.5 bathrooms and lacked the dedicated office and game-room space the household needed. The goal was to improve how the home worked without giving up the bedroom count or treating the addition as a separate, disconnected space.
REMCO's approach
REMCO combined a whole-home renovation with a coordinated addition. The plan expanded the bathroom count, created a designated office and game room, and connected the new and existing areas through consistent circulation, finishes and construction sequencing.
Completed result
The completed home retains five bedrooms while increasing from 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms and adding two purpose-built rooms. The project shows how an addition and interior remodel can work together to create useful space and a more complete floor plan.
